Welcome to Harry's Hoagie Shoppe, where we embrace the K.I.S.S. principle: Keeping it Super Simple. Born from a dream, conceived by husband and wife team Andrew Fallis and Michelle Pavlakos, Harry's Hoagie Shoppe is a tribute to the flavors of Philadelphia and the warmth of sincere hospitality. Andrew and Michelle, who met and worked in Charleston's fine dining world, moved to Greenville, SC in 2017. After settling in and forming connections with like-minded friends in the hospitality industry, they turned their focus towards achieving their dream. While the dream was grand, financial constraints prompted them to sell their house in Charleston and open their first sandwich shop, Mike's Cheesesteaks & Roast Pork, in Gather, GVL. From this first venture, Harry's Hoagie Shoppe was born. We found our perfect spot in the Overbrook area and officially opened on July 15, 2022, a date that also marks Michelle's mother's birthday, her presence is still felt with us every day. The shop's name, Harry, is a nickname given to Andrew by his mother Sydney. When asked why, she simply replies, "there is no actual reason", thus we have Harry's Hoagie Shoppe. Our journey and the creation of Harry's Hoagie Shoppe have been driven by a love for serving and creating fun, delicious food. We're passionate about making people happy through our offerings. As Andrew was born and raised in Philadelphia, we're delighted to bring a taste of his hometown's classic Hoagie to all those from the North East residing here, as well as introducing it to those who have yet to experience this iconic sandwich.
