Welcome to The Bohemian Caf, a true labor of love owned by culinary couple, Kevin and Jennifer Lucas. Kevin, an alumnus of Johnson & Wales Charleston, brings his vast experience as a former Executive Chef and General Manager of The Brown Street Club and The Corner Pocket Taproom. Jennifer, a Savannah College of Art and Design graduate, complements him with her decades of service and hospitality expertise in the restaurant business. They have been a dynamic duo in the kitchen since 2001, tying the knot a year later. Parents to a 17-year-old Joseph and 15-year-old Nichole, the family lives a lifestyle closely connected to nature. Their home is a menagerie of goats, chickens, ducks, honeybees, a thriving half-acre garden, and an eco-friendly greenhouse built from reclaimed windows. This love for sustainable living is reflected in their restaurant operations. In Jennifer's words, the food at The Bohemian Caf is "the freshest we can get so that customers are fed like we feed our own family."
