Meet Ben and Teresa Pierson, the brains behind Swamp Rabbit Brewery and Taproom. They transformed their vision of a brewery into reality in 2013 when they founded the 5th Element Brewing Company, and soon after, the Swamp Rabbit Brewery and Taproom in 2014. Both Ben and Teresa are Indiana University graduates. Teresa manages the administrative aspects of the business, while Ben's brewing expertise stems from his internships at various breweries and his guidance from industry veterans. He's been a brewmaster at several renowned breweries and has consulted for others across the globe. But Ben's dedication goes beyond brewing beer. He believes in sharing his knowledge with budding brewers and startups. For Ben, beer isn't just a drink; it's a lifestyle the 'fifth element'. So, let's raise a glass to the art of brewing.
