His travels through Mexico in 2018 and 2019 exposed him to a variety of flavors, spices, and unique cooking styles, all of which influence the fresh and flavorful menu at Cuchos. Erik Jr., on the other hand, grew up immersed in the restaurant industry. He spent the last 8 years honing his business acumen, focusing on sales and operations before venturing into entrepreneurship.
