Perch is a European gastropub in Overbrook Village brought to you from the folks behind Birds Fly South Ale Project. Our focus is on fast-casual cuisine, beer and a uniquely European vibe. We bake fresh breads, and produce our own sausages. A full range of Birds Fly South beers will be on the menu at PERCH, although no beer will be brewed on site. PERCH is opening soon and will be open five days a week from noon to 9 p.m.
